Injection mold development

Making molds for plastic injection molding
At the heart of the injection molding process is the mold, or casting mold into which the heated plastic raw material is injected under high pressure. You can provide us with your own molds for injection molding, or our engineer can use CAD software to design a mold for your product.

The mold contains the shape of the part and is used in injection molding to inject the molten plastic. When the plastic then cures again, the product is ejected and the process repeats itself.

During this process, a mold must be resistant to clamping forces as high as thousands of tons, for large parts such as crates. During injection, these pressures are released but heat is also generated from the molten plastic. Ideally, we also need the mold to withstand this more than 500,000 times!

Injection molding

After a suitable product design has been created, a plastic material can be chosen according to the desired product functionality. Next, an injection mold can be made and only then can plastic injection molding be started.

We have a modern production hall in which we operate fully automated injection moldings by Battenfeld, Arburg and Tederic, with a clamping force up to 350 tons. All our machines are controlled numerically. Additionally, we have modern peripheral equipment, such as robots operating on injection moldings, plastic trays, molecular dryers, dye dispensers, the purpose of which is to support the production process. In our factory we also have the appropriate equipment with which we can perform the regeneration of molds. Thanks to modern machines and qualified stuff, our company guarantees the highest quality of produced assortment and provided services.

Assembling plastic products

For many of our customers, we also provide work on the plastic injection molded parts after they come out of our machine. We can manually and mechanically provide components with machining to give them an additional function, we also combine different injection molding and procurement parts into a finished product. In addition to assembly, quality tests are also carried out here and packaging of your plastic injection molded products is also taken care of here.
Plastic assembly possibilities
We want to unburden our customers. That is why we offer a total solution as much as possible. This also includes the assembly of plastic products. Assembly stands for putting together the various parts of a product.

We offer complete custom assembly according to your requirements. Consider, for example, the application of a rubber sealing strip, as well as printing, packaging and adding manuals. Packaging and transportation

As part of cooperation, we pack and ship the product to the end customer. We can pack finished products according to the Client’s guidelines, e.g. in cartons, metal boxes, solidboard boxes. We tailor the packaging method to individual needs and expectations.

Our 20 years of experience in export allows us to offer our customers a complete door-to-door service at the best prices. Over the years, we have established partnership relations with eminent companies that provide truck and sea transportation.
